Maintenance Fees

Information
The Fiscal year for the Maui Lea Time Interval Association runs from: July 1st to June 30th. Courtesy statements are mailed out quarterly and are due in the months of July, October, January and April. Late fees are assessed on the last day of month they are due. Payments that have not been received 30 days after the billings are considered late and subject to a $60.00 late fee.

Direct Billing
You have the choice of Automatic withdrawal from your checking account. To authorize Direct Payments, please fill out the Direct Payment form (PDF), sign it and mail it back with a voided check to:

After you are signed up, you will continue to receive a statement along with your owner’s questionnaire for our records.

Electronic Billing
To start receiving your maintenance fee billing electronically, submit the Electronic Billing Maintenance Fee online form.

Address Change
Please keep us updated if your address changes. you can do this by filling out the Address Update Form.

Maintenance Fees Notice (July 2022)

Please remember if you are on the automatic pay system that you will ALWAYS continue to receive a billing statement and newsletter. If you signed up, you received a confirmation letter from our office explaining this to you. If you don't want to be double paid on your maintenance fees, DO NOT respond with a physical check.

Gov. David Ige extends mandatory quarantine for trans-Pacific travelers through July 31

In a news conference Wednesday, Gov. David Ige said the two-week quarantine for trans-Pacific travelers has been extended through July 31. The interisland quarantine will be lifted June 16, but new procedures will be in place, such as a thermal screening before departure. People with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be allowed to board planes. Lifting the inter-island quarantine will give Hawai‘i a chance to streamline its system and prepare for the return of tourists, Ige said. (read more).
